In sacred sexuality, all aspects (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual) of our beings are utilized to arouse the fullest experience possible. With this higher focus, we become keenly aware that we are all more than bodies. With the increased depth and sacredness, it becomes easier to open our hearts and allow our partners into the sacred spaces of our souls. Sacred Sexuality Workshops:

Workshops are divided into sectors based on Gender involvement and level of consciousness. (Men Only, Mixed Group, Women Only- Beginner, Advanced, and Seasoned)

The workshops are concentrated on the theory, training, and practical components for both individual growth and for couples, although if you are in a gay partnership and wish to attend same sex workshops as a couple, you are more than welcome. We also encourage those in the transgendered community to attend, as understanding both dimensions of the male and female attributes in your journey to identity is vital for balance in your new life.

Please Note: these workshops may contain nudity and some sexual expression, based on the comfort levels of the attendants, and although nudity and sexual expression is not required in the beginning levels, as on progresses into higher levels of sexual consciousness, nudity, touching, and in some instances sexual activity will pursue. A high level of acceptance of sexual orientation must be maintained at all times.

Men Only Workshops:

At Riviera Lust, we are dedicated to the teaching of contemporary sexuality. Sexuality is not defined by our gender or orientation, but rather through our consciousness of BEING. For men, the sexual energy is a life force that affects all facets of his Being: work, relationships, and sense of self. It is important for men to realize their full potential of masculinity, indeed this includes embracing his alters, femininity, for balance and symmetry.

Our Men Only workshops are a safe place for men of all varieties to merge and learn from one another. As men have always learned best from men, working together to empower masculine behaviors allows men to fully experience Masculinity. One must strip one’s self of learned behaviors to find the inner Man and then build him up to his greatest potential.

Men Only spaces are essential for the embodiment of a deeper level of masculine presence. We live in times where the roles of men and women are changing: the challenges in our society and family dynamics can be confusing and men need a space to disconnect and reconnect. Whether you are straight, gay, bi-sexual, or pan-sexual, men need the support of men to have clear minds for the challenges in relationships, in the workplace, and in the world in general. One must learn to open the heart, body, and soul and breathe in and cultivate his masculine energy and feel empowered by knowing his effectiveness as a man.

What comes from being empowered by your masculinity?

1. By breaking down your all your learned behaviors and rebuilding yourself in the image of who you want to be, you will have a foundation of what it means to be a man.

2. You will learn to better express yourself in the workplace, in your relationship, and become more in tune with the needs of your partner.

3. As you become more masculine, you make more choices to live in full alignment with yourself and discover the answer to the age old question, “what is my purpose?”

4. You will become more attractive to others, but most of all to yourself.

5. The dynamics of your inner balance will in turn empower you to take different steps; enhancing your life.

6. You will learn to have a healthy, loving, and fulfilling relationship with ONLY THOSE who meet your needs and accept your deepest heart.

7. You will learn to communicate your desires in a way that brings out the best of you and those around you.

What can you expect during the Men Only workshops?

During the workshops you will experience the raw essence of masculine empowerment: courage and integrity. The masculinity throughout your life has come from outward influence and in order to achieve personal empowerment, the most powerful of all, one must release the beliefs and ideas that have kept you from living to your highest potential.

3. Breathing and meditation will allow you to discover your internal place of solace, understand your own sexual energy and power, how to be multi-orgasmic, and most importantly you will discover the clear priorities as a man.

Women Only Workshops:

At Riviera Lust, we are dedicated to the teaching of contemporary sexuality. Sexuality is not defined by our gender or orientation, but rather through our consciousness of BEING. For ages, the feminine sexuality has been defined by men: acquisition of power, property, and desire. We have been covered and uncovered, but never discovered, because we have been shielded and guided by the fear and guilt generated by these outward influences. We have been coerced to believe that a man’s love, or even the love of others, is more important than the love she gives to herself. The most destructive act a woman can commit is to give away her power. This includes the power to be loved, to express one’s self, and be responsible for own’s own life. It is important for women to find their own sexuality and feminine power to claim her rights to herself, to be the better mother, wife, business woman, lover, and best friend to herself. When she can see and embrace her true DEVINE self, she will have the balance and symmetry within to project and acquire her destiny.

Women teaching women is an age long process in cultivating our feminine potential. We live now in times where the roles of women and men are changing: the challenges in our society and family dynamics can be confusing and women need a space to disconnect and reconnect. What can you expect during the workshops?

From the words of Thea Euryphaessa, Urban Diva, The women only workshops,” to say it was life-changing would be the understatement of the millennium. One of my very first thoughts was if every eleven year old girl did this workshop in secondary school our culture would be transformed overnight; pregnancy rates would drop and the number of sexually transmitted infections would fall as young women’s relationships with their bodies were given a solid, confident foundation from which to grow.

It’s about healing broken relationships with the body by consciously reconnecting with oneself from the neck down at a physical and emotional level. It’s about carving away the many layers of long-held, mostly unconscious fear, and coming into one’s true essence.

The women I attended the workshops with were among the most courageous, most supportive, most inspiring individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Like me, these were women who were tired of trying to be something they weren’t or no longer wanted to be. These were women who wanted to drop the guilt, shame, and fear and face all future sexual interactions with every single cell in their body consciously engaged and with an open heart and generosity of spirit.
